Easy access facilities for system users to quickly record service activities (Events) or Client Notes or Linked Documents, etc. – This area of functionality is being used less and less over time as ‘My Schedule’ or ‘Client Schedule’ or ‘Staff Schedule’ calendars become more and more popular. Benecura has a comprehensive system for managing client notes that are recorded by staff, while protecting the security, confidentiality and privacy of what is recorded. Multiple notes can be created for each service activity conducted between a staff and a client. All notes are linked to clients, staff and service activities, and can be easily accessed via Benecura’s powerful search engine as well as reporting facilities.
All notes in Benecura can be linked to external files such as Word documents, Excel spread sheets, PowerPoint presentations, photos/pictures/diagrams, etc. These files can be tagged with key words and descriptions for subsequent search purposes. Once found through Benecura’s search engine, they could be opened directly if the software applications to read them are present on the user’s computer.
