Powerful, flexible and intelligent search engine; using approximation matching logic; accessible anytime while using Benecura. Data-oriented search areas include: Clients (by Client ID, NHI Index, First Name, Last Name, Preferred Name and Date of Birth); Staff Members (by Staff Type, Staff ID, First Name, Last Name and Date of Birth); Organisations (by Organisation Type, Organisation ID, Organisation Name and Alternative Name); Events (by Event ID, Client ID or Name, Staff ID or Name, Event Type, Key Area, Description and Start Date); Notes (by Client ID or Name, Staff ID or Name, Note Type, Note Created Date, Note Summary and Note Details); Linked Documents (by Client ID or Name, Staff ID or Name, File Name, Document Title, Document Description and Document Location).
Process-Oriented Search
Specific process-driven search screens that have been built and added to the Benecura Search Engine over time by request. Process-oriented search areas include: Staff Service Schedule (by staff member & date range); Manage Events (mass view, assign and reassign service event records of all kinds); Period Roll-Over (mass view and roll-over of service periods and all scheduled services for clients); Search Staff Availability (matching staff to client for service scheduling/rostering – based on date & time availability as well as other conditions such as Gender, Ethnicity, Age Range, Language, Smoking, Suburb and City/Town). More of these types of screens can be custom developed by request, on a case-by-case basis.
