New Referral process (capture initial referral details then either go to client record for more details or straight to service coordination); Referral management facility (managing referrals of different types at different stages/statuses). Each Client record can have one or multiple Referral records attached to it, enabling the tracking of all services that the client receives from the NGO, regardless of where the services are funded from. This structure is compatible with the integrated/comprehensive model of care where services are wrapped around an individual or a family.
Automatically upload and import Client records from a specific formatted Excel spread sheet into Benecura. Client records can be managed and allocated to specific Branches/Sites. Each Branch/Site will be able to see whom and how many Clients have been allocated to them from the batch intakes.
Benecura enables the tracking of work-in-progress at a number of levels, starting from the referral level. This allows the organisation to manage delayed billing of services that have already been delivered but for some reason were not yet to be billed yet. Subsequent to setting up a client referral, work-in-progress can be tracked at the service programme level, the service time period level or at the level of the individual service requirements, delivery plans and service events/activities.
